An American art deco ring with rubies.
This is a beautiful antique cocktail ring, created in America during the art deco period, back in the 1930. The ring is gorgeous, clearly scream art deco and was entirely crafted in solid platinum. It is embellished with a great selection of forty-seven earth mined natural gemstones, such; Burmese rubies and white colorless diamonds. The ring is designed with a geometric shape and the gemstones settings are finished with millegrain patterns.
Diamond: Mount in the center in a millegrain bezel settings, with 1 European round cut diamonds, 0.52 carats, white colorless F/G color, VS clarity.
Diamonds: Mount around the center in millegrain flush pave settings, with 32 European round cut diamonds, 0.95 carats, white colorless F/G color, VS/SI clarity.
Rubies: Mount in channel millegrain settings, with 14 French calibre cut of natural Burmese red rubies, with a weight of about 0.98 carats.
Birthstone: Rubies for the month of July.
Weight: 5.65 Grams, (3.65 Dwt).
Size: 6.75 and may be easily sized up or down on special request.
Measurements: 19 mm by 21 mm (0.75 x 0.83 Inches) and raise 6mm over the finger.
Hallmarks: The ring was electronically tested for platinum and is stamped with the exact weight of the central diamond and the minor diamonds around, as follow; "C 0.52 / 0.95".
