ART DECO 1925 Ring In Platinum With Diamonds And Graduated Turquoises
An art deco turquoise and diamonds ring.
This is a fabulous ring, created in America during the art deco period, back in the 1925. The gorgeous ring has been carefully crafted with impeccable details in solid .900/.999 platinum and .100/.999 iridium with high polished finish. The ring is embellished with a gorgeous selection of twenty-nine earth mined natural gemstones such: white colorless diamonds and calibrated blue turquoises, with all settings finished with millegrain patterns.
Diamonds: Mounted in the center in an octagonal bezel, with 1 European round brilliant-cut diamond of 0.38 carats (weight engraved), white colorless F color, VS-2 clarity.
Diamonds: Mounted in flush millegrain settings with 6 graduated European round cut diamonds with a total weight of about 0.06 carats (weight engraved), white colorless F color, VS-2 clarity.
Turquoises: Mounted in a Channel setting, with 22 French calibre cabochon cut of natural blue turquoises with a total estimate weight of about 1.32 carats.
Millegrain
This term is for a jewelry technique which refers to the textural effect of a close-set line of metal beads that are typically used as a border on the edges or bezels of jewelry.
