A beautiful colorful pieces created in Madrid by the Spanish jewelry designer Luz Camino, back in the 1990's. These vintage pair of clip-on earrings has been designed in the shape of five-petals orchids and embellished with applications of colored hot enamels. Crafted in solid yellow gold of 18 karats and fitted with hinged omega backs for fastening clips. The addition of post for pierced ears can be easily done.

Gemstones: Mount in the center into bezels with a pair of round brilliant cut of natural red orange sapphires, 0.15 carats.

Hallmarks: Stamped with the maker's mark, the gold assay mark and signed, "L CAMINO .750".

Luz camino is a contemporary designer and goldsmith based in Madrid Spain. Her jewelry are inspired by nature and the organics materials. Camino is one of the only Spaniards jewelers to have representations in the Musee Des Arts Decoratifs (Decorative Arts Museum of Paris) and the New York Museum of Art and Design. Awards: Vicenza-Oro exhibition 2018, Andrea Palladio award for best international designer.

Condition: The overall condition of these earrings are excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold. The sapphires are secured in the setting. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
