HIDALGO Enameled Round Bombe Clips Earrings In 18Kt Gold With Diamonds

This is a beautiful and colorful vintage pair of earrings created by the jewelers of Hidalgo. back in the late 20th century. They were crafted with round bombe shapes in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with high polished finish and embellished with guilloche patterns which are topped with application of red hard glass enamels. Accented on top with eighteen natural white colorless diamonds. They are fitted with gold posts for pierced ears and comfortable omega backs for fastening clips.

The company was founded by Silvio Hidalgo, a Cuban-born jewelry designer, shifted from a computer engineering career at IBM to pursue jewelry design. He founded Hidalgo Jewelry in the early 1980s. His colorful and intricate enamel designs, especially stackable rings, and enameled jewelry quickly gained fame.
