GUILLEMIN & SOULAINE Paris Convertible Earrings In 18Kt Gold Platinum And Diamonds

Pair of clip-on earrings designed by Guillemin & Soulaine of Paris

A very rare highly collectible pieces of jewelry, created in Paris France at the exclusive jewelry atelier of Guillemin & Soulaine, back in the 1970. The beautiful convertible pair of clip on earrings have been crafted with superb details in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with high polished finish and accented with platinum parts for the settings of the forty white colorless diamonds. Fitted at the reverse with comfortable hinged French omega backs for fastening clips and sliding wires to convert. The posts option for pierced ears can be easily added.

Diamonds: Mounted in a pave setting with 28 graduated round brilliant cut diamonds with a total weight of 0.45 carats, white colorless E/F color, VVS-1 clarity.

Diamonds: Accented with 12 tapered baguettes cut diamonds, with about 0.98 carats, white colorless F color, VS-1 clarity

Weight: 20.4 Grams, (13.07 Dwt).

Measurements: 34 mm by 15 mm (1.35 X 0.59 Inches).

Hallmarks: Stamped with French marks, the mark of the eagle and the dog for the assay and warranty of the 18kt gold and the platinum respectively, the maker's maitre mark Ste. G et S (for Societe Guillemin et Soulaine) and signed in full as follow, "G. SOULAINE OR .750 PT".

Note: Jewelry pieces from this Parisian jewelry atelier are extremely rare to see in the market. Recently, in July 19 2022, four pieces created by Guillemin & Soulaine were offered in Monte Carlo by Artcurial, lots 575, 576 and 577. 

Collateral: These earrings are accompanied by a presentation jewelry box.

Condition: The overall condition of these Guillemin & Soulaine earrings are excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold or the platinum. The 40 diamonds are secured in the settings. This pair has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
