Beautiful pair of rounded panthers clip-on earrings, created in Paris France by the jewelry house of Fred Joaillier, back in the late 1970's. This gem set pair has been crafted in the shape of panthers in solid yellow gold of 18 karats, with high polished finish and embellished with applications of black enamel. They are fitted with hinged French omega backs for fastening clips and the posts option for pierced ears ca be easily added. 

Diamonds: Mounted in a French pave setting, with 120 calibrated round brilliant cuts diamonds with a total weight of 3.26  carats, white colorless E/F color, VS-2 clarity.

Emeralds: The eyes and noses of the panthers are accented with 6 Colombian green emeralds of mixed cuts, 0.30 carats.

Weight: 40.95 grams, (26.25 Dwt).

Measurements: 36 mm by 31 mm (1.42 x 1.22 Inches).

Hallmarks: Stamped with French marks, the maker's mark, the 18kt gold assay and engraved with the signature, "FRED PARIS .750".
