Pair of dangles drop earrings with diamonds and corals.

This is a gorgeous pair of dangles drops earrings created during the late art-deco period, back in 1950. The flamboyants earrings were masterfully crafted as a left and right pair in solid palladium with high polished finish and embellished with two gorgeous carvings of natural angel's skin pink corals. They are accented around with one-hundred-ten natural diamonds and fitted at the reverse with posts for pierced ears and comfortable French omega backs for fastening clips. The total weight of all gemstones is 110.82 carats.

Palladium Jewelry

Palladium is a rare, silvery-white metal belonging to the platinum group metals. It is known for its exceptional properties, including high melting point, resistance to corrosion, and catalytic abilities, making it valuable in various industries. Its primary use is in catalytic converters for vehicles, but it also finds applications in electronics, dentistry, and in rare cases jewelry. The price of palladium is influenced by supply and demand dynamics, with recent price increases driven by its use in catalytic converters and supply constraints. Palladium is significantly rarer than gold, with limited global deposits. Palladium is also used in jewelry, particularly in "white gold" alloys and as a durable alternative to platinum.
