CARTIER 1950 Hoops Earrings In Solid 18Kt Gold With Diamonds, Turquoise & Corals

This is a fabulous pair of hoops earrings, created by the French jewelry house of Cartier, back in the late 1950. The elegant earrings are very colorful and have been crafted as a left and right pair, in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with high polished finish. They are embellished with thirty natural gemstones, such Persian blue turquoises, white colorless diamonds and coral beads. Fitted at the reverse with gold posts for pierced ears and comfortable hinged French omega clips-backs for fastening closure.

Diamonds: Mounted in pave settings, with 24 calibrated round brilliant cut diamonds, 0.60 carats, white colorless E color, VS-2 clarity.
Turquoise: Mounted in invisible settings, with 4 fancy fluted cabochon cuts carved from natural Persian vivid blue turquoise.
Coral: Mounted in bar settings, with 2 round cabochon cuts of 13 mm carved from natural salmon coral.
Weight: 19.45 Grams, (12.47 Dwt).
Measurements: 32 mm by 23 mm by 14 mm (1.26 x 0.91 x 0.55 Inches).
Hallmarks: They are both stamped with control marks; the maker's mark, the mark of the eagle head for the assay and warranty of the 18kt gold, the five-digits serial numbers and signed as follows, "CARTIER INC .750 55675".
Collateral: They are accompanied by the Cartier presentation jewelry box.
Condition: The overall condition of these Cartier Hoops earrings is excellent. Besides the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold. The 30 gemstones are secured in their settings. This pair has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
