This cocktail ring was created by Paloma Picasso for Tiffany & Co. back in the 1980's. The sculptural bold ring was carefully crafted with a cushioned two levels shape in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with high polished finish. It is embellished with one natural earth mined vivid purple amethyst. These early jewelry pieces by Paloma Picasso are highly collectable and very difficult to get in the market.
Amethyst: Mount on top in a bezel setting, with 1 rectangular cushion faceted cut (17 x 12 x 8 mm) of a natural Brazilian purple amethyst of about 9.48 carats.
