Draped mesh necklace designed by Elsa Peretti (1940-2019) for Tiffany & Co.

This sportive long mesh scarf necklace is one of the most iconic Peretti's designs that she designed for the Tiffany Studios, back in the 1978. This fantastic vintage draped necklace sautoir was carefully crafted in solid .925/.999 sterling silver with 18 karats yellow gold vermeil. The necklace was originally retailed in London England in the 1984 and is very versatile since can be wear in multiples forms; knotted, double or single, or as a scarf.

Measurements: The width extended is 65 mm (2.56 Inch).

Hallmarks: Stamped in a plaque with British import marks for the city of London, the maker's mark for Tiffany & Co., the mark for the assay of the silver, the letter code K for the year 1984 and signed in full, "©PERETTI T&CO. .925 1984".
