This sportive long mesh necklace-chain is one of the most iconic designs by Elsa Peretti for the Tiffany Studios, back in the 1978. This vintage draped necklace sautoir was carefully crafted with infinite little wires made up in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with high polished finish. The necklace was originally retailed back in the 1978 and is very versatile since can be wear in multiples forms.
