(S)Gia Certified Cocktail Ring In Platinum With 14.47 Ctw In Ceylon Sapphire And Diamonds

A gem-set cocktail ring with a Ceylon Sapphire.

Fantastic classic cocktail ring, crafted in solid .900/.999 platinum and embellished, with very fine gemstones.

Mounted in the center in a eight-prongs setting, with an octagonal brilliant cut (12.24 x 11.04 x 8.56 mm) of a natural Ceylon blue sapphire of 10.51 Carats. 

Surrounded, by a ballerina prong setting of 18 calibrated marquise cut diamonds, with a combined weight of 3.96 carats, F/G color, VS-2 clarity.

Have a weight of 16.7 Grams and the actual size is 8.5, sizeable. The top view measurements are 26 mm by 22.5 mm.

Stamped, with the platinum hallmark, "PLAT".

Collateral: This piece is accompanied by the GIA laboratory report number 6224072373, stating the blue sapphire is natural, transparent and Sri Lanka (Ceylon) origin.

Note: This ring is from the early 1970, individually constructed and assemble, not a cast.

Collateral: It is accompanied by a presentation jewelry box.

Condition: The overall condition of this ring is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the platinum. All the gemstones, are secured in the settings. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
