A pair of cufflinks designed by Dinh Van.

Beautiful pair, created in Paris France by the master jewelry designer Jean Dinh Van, back in the 1970's. These iconic cufflinks was crafted in solid yellow gold of 18 karats, with high polish finish. They are embellished, with four pieces of natural rosewood, carved in the shape of cushions.

They have a combined weight of 8.3 Grams and a measurements of 12 mm by 25 mm.

Stamped, with French hallmarks; four times with the eagle's head for the assay and guaranty of the 18kt gold, the maker's maitre cartouche Ste. DV and signed, "DINH VAN 18 KT".

Jean Dinh Van is a French designer that began is successful career in the 1960 designing for the French jewelry houses of Cartier and Pierre Cardin. In 1972 he started his own company and the followed years his revolutionary designs and style caught on quickly and launched him to the forefront of the jewelry and fashion world. All his designs are very geometric and modern, both, his original vintage pieces created for Cartier and the contemporary creations are highly collectible. Dinh Van pieces are very fashionable, sophisticate and easy to wear, also can be displayed as a small toys, sculptures and "objects du Vertu".
