This coin is one of the most beautiful ever struck by the ancient Greeks. This is a silver tetradrachm from the ancient Greek city of Attica Athens, circa 454-404 BC.
Mounted in a custom made frame crafted in solid yellow gold of 18 karats, with high polished finish and suited with a movable loop on top.
Obverse description: Inside a beaded border, the diademed (crested Attic helmet) portrait bust of Athena facing to the right, wearing beaded pearls drop earrings
Reverse description: The standing figure of an owl facing forward, at the left, a moon-crescent and olive branch, on the right vertically, AOE.
Has a total weight of 19.5 Grams and a measures of 26 mm by 35 mm (1.02 by 1.38 Inches).
