*Cartier 1920 Paris art deco platinum jabot with 1.02 Ctw in diamonds & sapphires

Exceptional jabot pin designed by Cartier.

Rare piece from the French Art-Deco period, circa 1920's. An iconic and very popular arrow shaped piece made, with exceptional details by the house of details in solid .900/1000 platinum. 

Is channel set with 9 calibrated natural blue sapphires (0.36 Ctw) and accented with 33 old European cut diamond with a weight of 0.66 carats. All settings are finished with the Millegrain patterns.

Stamped at the reverse with the French hallmarks and the serial numbers, "CARTIER NY 509".

This beautiful piece have a total weight of 4.8 grams and a measures of 60 mm by 9 mm (2.36 x 0.35 Inches).

It is in perfect condition with all the original gemstones, no replacements, never polished and have remains of the aged old patina. 

An exceptional piece of jewelry and a great addition for any collector. Is accompanied by the designer's jewelry box.
