*Art Deco 1920 Ex Fred Leighton Drop Earrings in Platinum with 2.23 Cts in Diamonds & Pearls
Pair of Art Deco jeweled dangle earrings in platinum.
A gorgeous very high-end pieces created during the American Art-deco period, circa 1920's. This dangle earrings were carefully crafted with very sleek geometric patterns in solid .900/.999 platinum and .100/.999 iridium. They are suited at the reverse with posts for pierced ears and mechanical pressure push backs for fastening clips.
Embellished, with 104 graduated Old rose cut diamonds with a combined weight of 2.23 carats, F/G/H color, VS/SI clarity. All the diamonds settings are finished with millegrain pattern.
They drop with a fabulous graduated (2-4 mm) cascade of 60 natural round white-grayish pearls.
Has a combined weight of 16.8 Grams and a measures of 33 mm by 58 mm (1.3 x 2.28 Inches).
Note: Millegrain is a jewelry technique which refers to the textural effect of a close-set line of metal beads that are typically used as a border on the edges or bezels of jewelry.
