Bangle cuff designed by Angela Cummings.

An oversized and unusual bangle cuff designed by cummings at her studio in New York city, back in the 1984. It was crafted in solid .925/1000 sterling silver.

The design was conceived using a single semi curved wire, bent into several parts to create the visual effect of wrapping the wrist or arm.

Has a total weight of 54.6 grams and fit a wrist up to 7 inches (17.78 Cm). The widest measure on top is 36 mm (1.42 inches) at the widest point.

The cuff is open, with a width measure of 84 mm (3.3 inches), the size can be adjusted a little up or down.

Stamped, with the maker's mark, the silver assay hallmark and signed, "CUMMINGS STERLING 1984 SPAIN".

Angela Cummings, was born in 1944 in Klagenfurt in Austria. She take her education at the art academy in Perugia, Italy and at the Zeichenakademie in Hanau, West Germany. in the 1967 she joined Tiffany & Co working under the guidance of Donald Claflin and in the 1975, she was the artistic director for her exclusive line brand Cummings. in 1984 she started her own line of jewelry to be retailed exclusively at an in-boutique store at Bergdorf Goodman, in New York city. now she's retired from the jewelry business.

It is a great collector's piece, both her signed pieces for tiffany & co. created in the 1970's and 1980's and also her own exclusive pieces remain highly collectible and are admired for their beauty, comfort and easily recognizably in style.
