Bold bangle bracelet designed by Elsa Peretti (1940-2021) for Tiffany & Co.

An oversized oval bracelet called, the doughnut. Created by Peretti, back in the 1980's for Tiffany & Co. it was carefully crafted in solid .925/1000 sterling silver and finished with very high polished mirrored surfaces.

This bold piece Is pretty heavy, with a total weight of 70.4 grams and is very comfortable to fit a wrist up to 7.5 inches (19 Cm). The width measures is 24 mm (0.95 Inch).

Stamped, with multiples marks; the serial number, the maker's hallmarks and signed, "TIFANY & CO. ELSA PERETTI .925 ITALY".

Elsa Peretti, was an important and iconic American designer that joined Tiffany & Co in the 1974 and change the role of diamonds and color gemstones in fashion for the everyday wear and elevating the status of the sterling silver jewelry. mostly using unusual gemstones and materials. all her creations are as modern today as ever.
