Table cards holders designed by Hermes.

Very rare and unusual set of twelve table menu-card holders, created in Paris France by the luxury house of Hermes, back in the 1960-1970. These set of 12 menu-card holders has been crafted in solid .925/.999 sterling silver with high polished finish and each one is mounted with a genuine silver coin from of French king's Louis XIV, Louis XV and Louis XVI, all of them with different portraits.

One with the portrait bust of the king Louis XIV, (1638-1715).

Eight with the portrait bust of the king Louis XV, (1710-1774).

Three with the portrait bust of the king Louis XVI, (1754-1793).

Weight: They has a combined of 306.95 Grams (196.76 Dwt).

Measurements: Each one is 35 mm by 20 mm by 28 mm (1.38 x 0.79 x 1.10 Inches).

Hallmarks: Each one is stamped with French hallmarks; the crab's mark for the assay and guaranty of the silver, the maker's mark Ste. D for Societe Ravinet D'Enfert, and signed."HERMES PARIS".

Collateral: They are accompanied by presentation jewelry pouches.

Condition: The overall condition of these pieces are excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the silver. These piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
