European industrial retro drop necklace.
Fabulous elegant piece, created in Europe, probably in Germany during the post war period, back in the 1950. This drop dangle necklace has been crafted with industrial design patterns in solid yellow gold of 18 karats, with high polished finish and suited with a special boxed push lock with a hinged slash piece for extra security.
The workmanship and method of construction of this necklace is magnificent and highly unusual with an avant garde character. Considering that it was carried out in the post war period, the technique is ultra modern. We have not previously seen any piece similar to this or with the industrial manufacturing technique used.
Has a total weight of 54.5 Grams and a lenght of 16 Inches (40 Cm), The four spherical long elements have a drop measure of 65 mm (2.6 Inches) and a width of 20 mm.
Stamped with the maker's mark inside a triangle cartouche, the hallmark for the assay of the gold and signed, "RMC G .750".
Condition: The overall condition of this necklace is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold with all parts working perfectly. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and the authenticity.
