A Gem-set cocktail ring designed by Boucheron.

Fabulous piece created in Paris France at the atelier of Andre Vassort, back in the 1970. This rare cocktail ring was carefully crafted by the jewelry house of Boucheron in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with high polished finish.

Mounted on top with a fluted element, carved from natural rock quartz and a marquise cabochon cut (7 x 15 x 6 mm) of black onyx of about 4 carats.

Embellished, with an impeccable French pave setting composed by 40 calibrated round brilliants cuts diamonds, 2.36 Carats, E/F color, VS-1 clarity.

Has a total weight is 20.8 Grams and the actual size is 5.5 sizeable. The top view measures are 30 mm by 26 mm and raise 16 mm over the finger.

Stamped, with beautiful French hallmarks, the national eagle's head for the assay and guaranty of the 18 kt gold, the maker's maitre cartouche AV associated to Andre Vassort, the unique serial numbers and signed in full, "BOUCHERON PARIS OR .750 53603".

Note: The Mo. Andre Vassort atelier, was located in Paris 2, 34 rue Sainte Anne. He collaborate very closely with VCA between the 1950’s and 1980’s, the workshop operations was ceased in the 1990's.

Note: The maker’s cartouche AVis associated to the 1960's mark for the atelier of the master jeweler, maitre Andre Vassort.

This ring is in excellent condition and are accompanied by the designer's jewelry box.
