Rattan cuff bracelet designed by Elsa Peretti (1940-2021) for Tiffany & Co.

This is an extremely rare cuff bangle, designed at the Tiffany & Co. Studios by the iconic Elsa Peretti, back in the 1976. The bracelet has been crafted with parts of natural rattan bamboo and pieces made up in yellow gold of 18 karats with high polished finish. This bracelet is one of the very early works by Elsa Peretti for Tiffany and is a very important collectors piece. We have only seen this model two times in twenty years, one of then in the silver version. An example of this model is in the permanent jewelry collection at the MoMA museum in New York.

Weight: 14.5 Grams, (9.35 Dwt).

Measures: Fit a wrist-arm up to 7.75 Inches (20 Cm). The thickness is 10 mm.

Hallmarks: Stamped with the maker's mark, the mark for the assay of the gold and signed, "TIFFANY & CO. ©PERETTI 18KT".

She was a very famous designer that joined Tiffany & Co in the 1974 and change the complete role of diamonds and color gemstones in fashion for the everyday wear and elevating the status of the sterling silver jewelry. mostly using unusual gemstones and materials. all her creations are as modern today as ever.

ConditionThe overall condition of this bracelet is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold. All parts are secured in the settings. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
